PHASE 1
Define
First, I need to know everything about you and your project. That’s why I will ask a lot of questions – what’s your motivation, your target audience, your competitors and so on. Once I get familiar with your business, I can define the main objectives and what you want to achieve by contacting me. Then I can structure the project plan and kick off the next phase.
PHASE 2
Design
In the Design phase I do lots of design exploration, such as sketching, wire-framing, interface and visual design iterations in order to find the best solution possible that matches the main objectives. Once I have the design direction set and approved, I am ready to hand off all assets for implementation.
PHASE 3
Implement
The Implementation phase is mostly technological development. What I do is finding the tools and frameworks that best suit the project’s needs, and then – I use them. Once the project is shipped, I prepare detailed user guides and documentation. Afterwards I am still available for ongoing support and evaluation of the achieved results.
PHASE 4
Support
After the project is deliver I am providing 2 months support that covers all small request that you may have or helping you with any issues you may have using the tool or the platform I used to build your project. At the end we all want to have a great final result that is easy to be managed by you.
